We’re in need of someone with previous P&L responsibilities for manufacturing plant including inventory and maintaining product costs through production efficiencies, supervisory skills of both exempt (direct) and non-exempt (indirect) level staff.  Purchasing, Planning and Manufacturing support. Additionally will meet production schedules as set by demand from operational regions.

Will work closely with Controls Product manager in planning out the production for the plant. Must be self-motivated. Exposure to 480 Volts electrical motors, background with VSD’s (variable speed drives).

Manufacturing background preferably with electronics or electrical manufacturing organization.

BS degree and 7 years experience.
