Manages the development, release and maintenance of eCommerce systems and services that support business strategy.  The position coordinates products throughout their lifecycle, from strategic definition to end-of-life planning.  Translates customer/client needs into new features and new services.  Writes and implements product specifications.  Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  Position expected to perform under a wide variety of creativity and latitude.

Bachelors Degree Required

3-5 years related work experience in Software Development Company

Excellent communication skills and facilitation techniquest with peer level employees, executive management and external customers

Experience in Product Support, not Development, of eCommerce or similar Software Solution

Experience working with Project Managers and Business Analysts as well as a firm understanding of the Software Development Life-Cycle

Experience translating Customer Enhancement or Change Requests into Product Specification Documentation

Proven ability to work across multiple functional business units (Manufacturing, Development, Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Accounting)

Travel will be required
