Job Description Daily ordering of product lines to meet sales needs.

· Maintain and update pricing.

· Maintain information of venders and items current

· Keep service levels consistent

· Balance the quantity of product with the needs of customers

· Keep excess and obsolete inventory at the lowest level possible by deleting items without proper movement upon approval.

· Utilities all reports to the fullest extent toward profitability, i.e. out of stock, proformas, stock status, etc.

· Support of sales through knowledge and communication of your products and solving problems that arise on your products.
Qualifications BA in business with food service industry exp.
Compensation 30K+ DOE
