Dick Wegener is the owner of "Wegener Human Resource Group". Prior to ownership, Mr. Wegener managed the office from 1992 to 1994 and has fifteen years of recruiting and placement experience. Dick is a lifelong resident of Oklahoma City having graduated from John Marshall High School and The University of Oklahoma. Dick and his wife, Linda, have two daughters Carly and Leigh and two grandsons.
Shirley Donaldson is the Director of Operations for WHRG, has been with the company for seventeen years. Her previous human resource experience was with a local manufacturing company and in banking. A native of Oklahoma with a philanthropic spirit, she serves as a Council Member for the Earlywine YMCA, Ambassador for The Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, Program Committee for South Oklahoma City Rotary Club, and member of Draper Park Christian Church.
Melanie Loynd, Staffing Manager for WHRG, joined the company in April 2006 bringing with her eight years experience in the staffing industry. Prior to Human Resources, she was an assistant manager with a major petroleum company and manufacturing of computer disk drives. Her abundant enthusiasm and positive attitude have made her a valuable component to the success of Wegener Human Resource Group during her first two years of service. She is a member of The Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, involved in performing special events for the Dale Rogers Training Center and The American Foundation For The Disabled, and attends Victory Church.
Linda Wegener is a certified Covey trainer and has helped train leaders in Oklahoma in the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. She has degrees in Psychology and Sociology and a Master level degree in Education. She is an active volunteer in Oklahoma City with a special interest in organizations such as the Oklahoma City Zoo and the Harn Homestead Museum. Linda and her husband Dick have two daughters, Carly and Leigh.
